Ladies Christmas Dinner

Ladies Christmas Dinner – Dumfries and Galloway Golf Course.

9 ladies braved the drizzle in the 9 hole fun competition in the afternoon and the  worthy winners on the day were  Rhoda, Vera and Val. The not so brave joined in the left handed putting and quiz games back in the clubhouse before the evening meal.   Our stewardess Margaret provided an excellent meal for all 26 ladies, which was warmly received and by the empty plates very enjoyable.   The evening continued with much laughter and frolics, with a bit of community singing (unforced of course!!) and several games of anticipation and excitement along with a few stories !!  The day/evening eventually ended with Maureen wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous golf season ahead for all.
