Cheque Presentation to Headway House (D&G)

Captain Kenny Degnan was proud to present a cheque worth £255 (raised from the Headway Medal earlier in the season) to Karen Pickering and Owen Fielding of the Headway House (D&G) Association Ltd. Headway aims to promote understanding of all aspects of acquired brain injury and to provide information, support and services to people with ABI, and their families and carers. They also provide opportunities for slow stream rehabilitation, respite, vocational rehabilitation and social inclusion, as well as, advice on the management of acquired brain injury issues – both long and short term.
