Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club is situated to the west of Dumfries and is easily reached from the Dumfries bypass (A75). Dumfries town is 12 miles from the M6/M74 motorway providing easy access to the area. Please use the instructions below to plan your route to the club.

Approaching Dumfries from the east (from Gretna, A75):
- When reaching the Dumfries bypass (roundabout at the Little Chef) follow the A75 for Stranraer.
- Continue on the A75 for Stranraer at the next three roundabouts.
- At the roundabout with the A780 to Dumfries take the first junction, signposted A780 Dumfries.
- On entering the 30mph town limit Laurieston Avenue is the second street on the left. Parking is available on Laurieston Avenue.
Approaching Dumfries from the east (from Lockerbie, A709):
- When reaching the Dumfries bypass (roundabout) follow the A75 for Stranraer.
- Continue on the A75 for Stranraer at the next two roundabouts.
